What should I do if the whipped cream melts?
Our Whipped Body Butter and our Whipped Sugar Scrub are made primarily from shea butter and coconut oil. Shea butter and coconut oil will melt in high heat. For best results store the products at room temperature. If melting occurs from exposure to high heat allow the product to sit at room temperature until it solidifies.
Can I use whipped cream and whipped sugar scrub on my body?
Our products are safe to use on the entire body from neck down.

Where are the products going to be shipped from?
Beloved Organics products are manufactured and shipped from Michigan, USA. We are currently limited to shipping locations within the US.

Unfortunately, you cannot. These bulk products are intended for professionals operating in the salon/spa industry and/or suppliers to this industry.
I am salon owner. Can I stock retail products to sell in my salon?
Yes, you can purchase these products for resale at a discounted rate. Please contact us to learn more about our retail sales policies.
I am salon owner. How do I purchase professional products?
If you are a business owner you can visit the distributor page to find your nearest distributor or you can contact us directly via phone, Facebook messenger, email, or by filling out the form on the contact page.
How can I take advantage of the free pedicure menu design service?
To take advantage of this free service you must currently use or have already placed an order for professional grade products. Please contact the company directly even if you currently purchase the products through a distributor. We will work with you to design a perfect pedicure menu that match with your salon theme and color.
Some or all of my order is damaged, what should I do?
Our products are guaranteed to arrive in a sealed package free or damage. If some or all of your order is damaged, please contact us immediately.
Can I return the products if I do not like them?
Under most circumstances products can be returned for a full refund. Please see our shipping and return policy for more details.
I cannot find a local distributor, what should I do?
We are continually working to expand our distributor network. If you do not currently have a local distributor that’s okay! Please contact us directly and we will work to serve you.
